General Information:
These protection plans only apply to Atlantic Fence installed commercial and industrial products, installation from another company makes the fence ineligible for coverage.
Plans DO NOT cover any gate automation, parts, or service.
Credit allowance cannot be used towards new installation or fabrication of fence, gates, or privacy slats.
We will not reimburse the cost of any parts or service provided by another contractor.
Plans are not transferable to new or additional sites.
If you request service on a fence or a gate that is not specified on the protection plan, you are responsible for all costs associated with that service.
Service within 24hrs will be provided so long as there is no ground disturbance, if One Call is required you will be scheduled within 24hrs of receiving a completed One Call.
ATLANTIC FENCE PROTECTION PLANS COVERAGE
Standard
Includes- Emergency hole repair and post weld, priority gate replacement, gate adjustments, retightening of fence, temporary panels, additional part discount and credit allowance.
Excludes- barbwire, any gate automation, parts, or service and new installation or fabrication.
Premium
Includes- Emergency hole repair, barbwire repair and post weld, priority gate replacement, gate adjustments, retightening of fence and a barbwire, temporary panels, additional part discount and credit allowance.
Excludes- any gate automation, parts, or service and new installation or fabrication.
